Host2go helps staycation hosts manage bookings, units, cleaning, expenses, and reports.

Your account and Google sign-in

We use your name, email address, and account identifier to sign you in and connect you to your workspace. If you choose Google, Google provides your basic profile and verified email through Supabase. Host2go does not ask for access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar.

Your workspace

We store the information you add to run your business, including unit details, guest and booking information, cleaning records, expenses, and uploaded photos or receipts. Workspace members can access information according to their assigned role. Only add personal information you are authorized to use.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide Host2go, manage access and subscriptions, send account and trial notices, and protect the service. Supabase provides authentication and database hosting, Vercel hosts the application, Resend delivers emails, and Stripe processes subscriptions. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. When you send a booking email or share a calendar link, the selected information is shared with the recipients you choose.

Cookies and security

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and complete secure sign-in flows. Workspace access is restricted to authorized accounts. Our service providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and your choices

When your trial or paid access ends, your workspace becomes inaccessible until you renew. Expiration does not automatically delete your records. You can edit your workspace information in the app. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or applicable obligations.

You can remove Host2go’s Google connection in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. This stops that connection; it does not by itself delete your Host2go workspace.
